The Cotton Leaf will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. That means when you open the parcel from The Cotton Leaf please check it carefully if you find any damage or problem in it, contact us as soon as possible. You need not to worry about mailing the item for exchange/return by yourselves and need not to pay for that. As we strongly believe in best customer care practices, we offer 30 days return/exchange option for any reason and it's free of cost.
YOU JUST NEED TO CALL OUR COUSTOMER SUPPORT AND THEY WILL MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO COLLECT THAT PARCEL FROM YOUR DOOR STEPS AND THEN RETURN A NEW PARCEL AS YOU LIKE.
